Eight rooms, from 20 to 150 m², in layouts ranging from a board meeting to a 200-seat auditorium. Theatre, U-shape, boardroom, workshops, cocktail: every layout is possible, every combination can be arranged.
You don't pick the closest match from what happens to be free — you compose the space you need.

The oak is the tree of depth and of the long view. This unusual, warm space is made for immersive days: co-creation workshops, team retreats, strategy meetings that need both focus and room to breathe. A room you want to stay in.

Stately and generous, the beech towers over the Ardennes forests as this room towers over our mid-size offer. Plenty of light, high ceilings, several layouts for up to 70 participants: it takes a training day as readily as an internal launch or an industry conference.

The lime tree brings people together; that is its nature. This modular suite, formed by joining two rooms, is ideal for larger internal events: team conventions, sales days, multi-group training with plenary sessions and breakout work. A space that grows with your programme.

The alder grows along the Meuse and the Sambre: solid, rooted, imposing. Our largest room carries the same ambition — up to 200 participants in a faultless professional setting. Conferences, general meetings, large training days, brand events: Aulne is equal to it.
